If the patient cannot go to the study site, we bring the study site to the patient with our Homecare visit department. From our office in Berlin we organise and coordinate homecare visits for patients in 15 European countries.

  • Basic understanding of training manuals of different clinical studies
  • Maintain the inventory and equipment logs
  • Keep the storage rooms organised and always ready for inspection
  • Prepare and ship supplies, equipment & documents to homecare nurses, sites, patients & emovis partners
  • Apply standard business procedures such as Standard Operating Procedures and global regulations
  • Additional administrative and organizational tasks

Your profile:

  • Completed training in a medical profession (nurse, medical assistant or similar) or bachelor’s degree or equivalent in natural sciences, ideally with medical aspects
  • Relevant working experience in clinical trials and/or expertise in ICH/GCP is not a must but an advantage
  • Business fluent in English and at least basic German knowledge is a must
  • Any other language is an advantage (especially Italian, French, Spanish or Polish)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • structured and independent, but a good team player
  • Good Microsoft Office Skills

Our offer:

  • full time employment, 40 h/week
  • 30 days of holiday
  • introduction in the area of clinical research and training with experienced colleagues
